SalesForce.com - the world’s largest Internet platform offering a professional sales management system. Much like XTRF™, this is a web-based tool that can be fully operated by means of an Internet browser.

The integration of the XTRF™ system with Salesforce.com ensures complete and smooth co-operation between the sales and production departments of a translation company. The synchronisation of the customer database facilitates the identification of individual persons, while at the same time avoiding potential errors in contacts.

Integration covers the following elements:

• Synchronisation of the customer database and customer contact persons,
• Synchronisation of "sales opportunities" with Salesforce.com with project valuations in XTRF™,
• Synchronisation of the status of sales activities between two systems,
• Synchronisation of the management of the users of both systems.

To use the API, your organization must use Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition, or Developer Edition. If you are an existing Salesforce.com customer and want to upgrade to either Enterprise or Unlimited Edition, contact your account representative.
