XTRF™ – Implementation process
The implementation of the system is considered as an integral service that is purchased together with the system. We assume that the efficient and professional execution of this process provides the company with a guarantee of high work quality.
All of the elements of the implementation process are covered by a precise schedule, which comprises the following:
- installation of the appropriate service version,
- configuration of the system in accordance with the company’s requirements,
- migration of data,
- training for the company’s employees.
Each stage is individually consulted and planned with the client in such a way as to carry out the implementation of, and commence work with, XTRF™ within the shortest timeframe possible.

Together with the purchased software, the company receives a package of training courses that introduce users to all of the elements and functions of the system. The XTRF™ team organises thematic training sessions, which are attended by the employees designated by the office. The training is executed online using an Internet communicator and "Remote Desktop"-type software.
We strive to ensure that those persons taking part in the training courses actively participate in working with the system from the outset. The tempo and thematic scope are selected individually, depending on the abilities and expectations of the client.
Completion of the training cycle makes it possible for employees to fully utilise the XTRF™ system.
The training comprises 6 meetings, following which each participant:
- easily orients him or herself in the arrangement of various system functions,
- can efficiently create profiles for new users, suppliers and clients,
- can easily create valuations,
- can establish projects and manage them,
- is able to create an invoice,
- knows how to generate financial reports,
- becomes familiar with the system configuration functions.
The training does not end with the last session - the XTRF™ technical support department is ready to provide answers and additional information whenever the need arises.
