XTRF Management Systems Ltd. presents a new feature that allows sending SMS short text messages directly from the XTRF™ system. The built-in module for sending text messages is another XTRF™ solution that, in addition to the CRM module or partners’ zone, facilitates communication with company’s contractors. The newly introduced function allows for the fast and easy sending of important information to customers, suppliers, or employees.

TMS Inspiration Days will be held on 19-20 April in Cracow (Poland). During the conference, lectures on the most interesting technological and business issues on the translation market will be presented. A few weeks ago, the event organisers announced the first conference themes, today, the next five lecture titles are presented, including: “Creating a Sustainable Business Model for LSPs” (Ben Sargent), “Successful SEO Sales Strategies in a Multilingual World” (Richard Estevez, Gustavo Lucardi) and “Project Management Challenge - Serving Two Masters” (Bob Donaldson).

TMS Inspiration Days is an international conference in the translation and localisation market. Its third edition is scheduled to take place in April 19-20 in Cracow, Poland. A few weeks ago, the event organisers were announcing the first issues on the agenda, whereas today new presentations have appeared on the list. They include: “From Crystal Ball to Reliable: Sales Pipeline Management”, “Improving the Economics of Recruiting and Quality Assessment”, and “What is Integration and How Does it Work? The Integration of XTRF with MemoQ and XTM”.

TMS Inspiration Days is an international conference focusing on the functioning of the business and technology aspects of the translation industry. This third edition of the event will be held 19-20 April 2012 in Krakow under the banner of “Technology for business”. The conference agenda already includes three presentations: “Keynote: Overview of translation technology” (Ben Sargent), “Selling in America” (Renato Beninato), and “Implementation of Machine Translation – case study of Pangeanic” (Manuel Herranz).

The latest version of the XTRF™ system has been enhanced with the QuickBooks system integration module. QuickBooks is a leading accounting software program that is primarily used by companies in the US, UK and Canada. XTRF™, as the first TMS, offers fully automated online data synchronisation with the QuickBooks system.

The Globalization and Localization Association (GALA) is an international association gathering organisations from the translation industry – science and research institutes, translation and localisation agencies, as well as technology providers from all over the world. Currently, GALA is the largest association in the translation industry – it comprises over 250 organisations from 45 countries. Joining GALA is a part of the XTRF™ company’s development strategy. Its aim is to strengthen international co-operation in the scope of translation technology development.

A new version of the system, XTRF 2.4, will be released in the end of October. Among the new features and improvements that were included in the latest release of the XTRF™ system, the new innovative workflow module deserves special attention. Mass file management, "on-the-fly" flexibility, and graphic interface constitute the main advantages of the new module.

We would like to invite all the participants of this year's Localization World conference and Tekom-Trade Fair to our XTRF™ stand. Our representatives will present the latest version of the system and answer all the questions regarding its implementation.

The share ideas campaign, in which XTRF™ users could send their suggestions regarding new features and changes in the system, has officially ended. On 30th September voting ended and, as a result, 5 proposals were selected and will soon be implemented into the system. Among all the people who sent their ideas an invitation to the TMS Inspiration Days 2012 conference was drawn.

XTRF™ is a comprehensive system that supports the operation of translation companies and corporate departments in all aspects of their activity, including production, subcontractor management, administration, and accounting.
