Project Management – methods

During the webinar, the participants will learn about the methods of project management that are applied by XTRF™ system users. Two basic scenarios will be presented:

• Single multilingual project (evaluation, planning, implementation and project control, invoicing, and analysis)
• Multilingual project of a permanent scheme (repeating type of a project, realised for a regular customer, in which the same group of subcontractors is appointed).

The webinar participants will learn about the methods of:

• Creating evaluations for the customers
• Transferring an evaluation into a project
• Selecting subcontractors to realise a project
• Corresponding with subcontractors and customers (e-mail correspondence attributed to a project and managed through the system)
• Managing a project through the PM Dashboard
• Invoicing a project
• Defining the scheme of a project
• Creating a project according to the scheme.
