XTRF users benefit from comprehensive technical support across the entire period of use, not just the implementation phase.
The support package offered for XTRF includes:
- full technical support
- all system updates
- all new versions
- functions that use data from the XTRF central server (e.g. currency rates synchronised with the European Central Bank).
Customer enquiries are recorded in a dedicated system to ensure that responses to all questions are fast and comprehensive. The maximum response time to questions and suggestions is 24 hours. However, over 90% of answers are provided in less than one (1) hour of submission.
The support department can also be addressed with recommendations of changes, updates, and new functions. Those are sent directly to XTRF developers for further analysis and optimisation, and then returned in a form of an extended version to update the system.
Such support package warrants the most up-to-date version of the system and all the latest functions and improvements at hand.
The support team assists clients in their operations and ensures that they leverage all XTRF advantages to the greatest possible extent.
The support package is included in the XTRF price for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Pay-per-Use. When buying an own unlimited licence, the support is provided as an optional package at a price of 18% of the value of acquired licences.
