In the second half of 2009, XTRF™ conducted the “Translation Management System - Users’ Experience”, a research project on user experience and opinions about the translation company management system XTRF.

The project was targeted at companies keen to test and verify on their own the applicability of the TMS tool in their operations.

The project involved a few dozen companies from across the world that obtained free licenses, training and full technical support for 6 months. The companies implemented the system during the period and used it to manage their own translation projects.

During the project, participants filled out questionnaires on the implementation and results of work in the system, their experience and opinions about the product.
