XTRF™ 2.0 is a revolutionary version of the management system for translation companies and corporate translation departments. It has new technology and a new layout, as well as a completely new approach to the organisation of translation companies’ work.
The intention of the authors of XTRF™ was to create a software that would not only coordinate and facilitate everyday work, but, above all, would also make it possible for a company to develop in an unrestricted way in order to interact with other technological tools and make it possible for translation offices to realise larger and more complicated projects.
In fact, XTRF™ 2.0 was basically created anew – in the JBoss Seam Framework technology. More than a hundred new components, in accordance with AJAX, make the system even more intuitive and easy to use and enable its adjustment to the individual preferences of the most demanding users.

Technology requirements of major Translation Buyers, including those regarding CMS systems, represent a challenge to translation companies and a technology barrier that needs to be overcome if the translator provider wants to develop. Integrated communication between XTRF™ 2.0 and CMS systems enables effective cooperation even with the most demanding partners, and facilitates access to end clients.
Close integration with the translation environment may significantly improve the realisation of the projects. XTRF™ 2.0 enables integration with additional CAT tools, based upon web-based technology (XTM) as well as desktop-based technology (memoQ).
Definable schemes (sets) of the data export in XTRF™ 2.0 enable effective co-operation with many accounting programmes.

Centralised project management in XTRF™ 2.0 lets you smoothly manage your files, documents and e-mail communication with clients and translators alike. The embedded e-mail client helps you track correspondence history on the project and respond swiftly to emergencies
Modern and attractive interface provides greater working comfort and the level of adjustment to the individual needs and habits of every user. The Ajax technology, used in XTRF™ 2.0, enables greater system interaction, making use of, for example, the automatic prompting of searched phrases, names, and numbers.
The efficient, automatic flow of jobs and documents is facilitated by the function of a group status change of selected project elements, which is especially helpful when coordinating multi-stage and multilingual projects.
XTRF™ 2.0 also enables users to define particular data sets (screen views and export to a file), depending upon the expectations of a user and the requirements of a workstation.
