XTRF™ - About us

XTRF™ Translation Management Systems is a complete and professional tool for managing translation offices, which is used by dozens of companies around the world. The system was created in 2004 and has been continually developed ever since, in turn offering clients an ever broader scope of possibilities and business solutions. The initiator and proprietor of the brand is Biuro Tłumaczeń Technicznych LIDO-LANG, which is well-known in the sector, while the system itself has been created by an experienced team of computer scientists from the European Institute of Information Technologies and Certification EUTECert.

 

XTRF™ supports the organisation of work in a translation office in three different areas:

  • managing and administering all of the activities carried out by the office,
  • coordinating the work-flow and production process,
  • managing the translation process (integration with CAT tools).

 

The system is offered in three basic versions:

 

XTRF™ Professional - intended for small translation offices or companies that are just commencing business operations.

 

XTRF™ Enterprise – designed for small and large translation offices, which strive to automate and streamline all of the areas of their business operations.

 

XTRF™-TM - an integrated product, combining an office management system with a CAT tool, intended for large translation companies and the translation departments of corporations in every sector of business operations.

 

For a translation office, the introduction of the XTRF™ system is tantamount first and foremost to an increase in work productivity and efficiency, the elimination of regularly occurring errors, the efficient flow of work and information, as well as improved control over finances and the day-to-day execution of work in the company.

 

XTRF™ is fully adapted to the ISO 9001 and European standard EN 15038 certification requirements. In consequence, the system considerably streamlines the process of elaborating the documentation that is necessary for obtaining and retaining the above-mentioned certificates.

 

Your product purchase includes full technical support during installation, as well as a package of training courses for individual workstations. The implementation of XTRF™ takes place efficiently and rapidly, with the office being able to commence work within a rather short time.
