How to buy XTRF™ ?

 

We would like to offer two different methods of purchasing the XTRF™ system.

 


 

Software as a product

“Software as a product” is the basic sales model of XTRF™.

This a proposal for companies that attach the greatest importance to a clear and legible structure of investment costs, and that would like to have full control over the functioning of the system and be able to effect its independent configuration. The client installs the system on their server within their technical infrastructure.

 

The basic advantages of this product solution:

  • Your investment in XTRF™ is a one-off expense. The company receives a perpetual system licence.
  • The purchase of annual system update packages and our technical support service is optional.
  • The company receives a fully functional system that can be administered independently.

 

 


 

Software as a service

“Software as a service” is an option for those clients who would like to improve the work of their office without having to opt for a serious financial investment. The basic advantages of the SaaS solution:

  • A very low one-off investment cost. The system is used based on a monthly subscription fee, without having to purchase a licence.
  • System updates, the creation of backup copies and administrative tasks are performed remotely by an experienced XTRF™ team, without the client having to employ an IT specialist.
  • It is not necessary to create a technical infrastructure – the system is installed on a stable external server provided by XTRF™.

Thanks to the low investment costs of the SaaS XTRF™ model, it is affordable for every translation company – even the smallest – and it places an emphasis on rapid and dynamic development. If your demand for licences increases, the structure of your company changes, or new staff members are employed, you can smoothly increase the number of available licences. The client can also buy out the licence and transfer the XTRF™ to their server.

 

 


 

Irrespective of the model selected, the client receives:

  • Support with the installation and configuration of the XTRF™ system on their selected server (proprietary, external, or hosted).
  • A package of training courses related to system operation for individual workstations, materials and instructional films.
  • Full technical support, together with a system update package, for a period of 3 months.
  • A guarantee of efficient and professional assistance and contact with XTRF™ consultants at any selected time.
