Jerzy Nedoma, President of Management Board
Jerzy has been active in the translation industry for over 40 years. He is the co-founder and President of LIDO-LANG translation agency. He is also the founding member of the European Language Industry Association (ELIA). Jerzy is the founder and Chairman of the PRESTO Foundation for Business Support. He also sponsors the Józef Nedoma Scholarship.
Andrzej Nedoma, Vice President of Management Board and Managing Director
Andrzej is the XTRF co-creator and co-founder of the company. Andrzej is in charge of the development and implementation of the growth strategy and planning for the system and the company. He is also the Managing Director of LIDO-LANG translation agency. In 2006, Andrzej was awarded the title of Micro-Entrepreneur of the Year. He is a founding member of the PRESTO Foundation for Business Support. Andrzej represents XTRF and gives lectures at many industry conferences and trade fairs.
Dominik Radziszowski, Technical Director
Dominik is the co-originator and the architect of XTRF™. Dominik is a Ph.D. in technical science and an IT expert specialising in distributed systems. He is also a third-party consultant, project manager, IT architect, and analyst. Dominik is an assistant professor at the AGH University of Science and Technology, Poland. In addition, Dominik is an author of many publications and holder of many industry certificates (including SCJP, SCJD, and SCEA).
Tomasz Mróz – Operations Director
Tomasz has been active on the international scene for over 10 years. He joined XTRF at its very beginnings. Tomasz is the co-creator of the development concept behind XTRF and its company. He is in charge of product development and manages Sales and Customer Service. Tomasz represents XTRF and lectures at many industry conferences and trade fairs.
