• Web-based system: Users connect to the system over the Internet and work through a web browser of their choice. The installation of XTRF™ takes place only on the server. In consequence, each system update is exceptionally simple and does not take much time, while users always have access to the newest version. The technology used in the system allows you to work from any location in the world without time limitations. XTRF™ ensures rapid and unlimited access to current data and information concerning the work of the company.

• Java technology: XTRF™ ensures your complete freedom regarding the operating system on which it will be installed.

• Data security – database: The entirety of the company’s information and documents are stored in a PostgreSQL database – acclaimed by millions of users – that makes the easy and safe archiving of data (creation of safety backups) and the restoration of lost content at any point in time all possible.

• Data security – access: Data stored in the XTRF™ system is protected by an individual logging mechanism. Additional protection is provided by a user-level authorisation management system and the encrypted transmission of data (https protocol), which is used among others in Internet banking.

• Handling of international character sets: Irrespective of the country of origin of clients and subcontractors, as well as other factors, the system makes it possible to enter data in any alphabet (e.g. Cyrillic, Hebrew) and also use diacritical marks (e.g. Polish: ą, ę, ś, and ć).

• Server technical requirements: Optimal system requirements ensuring the efficient operation of XTRF™ include a RAM operating memory of 2 GB and a Dual Core 2 GHz processor. At the present level of the development of the computer industry, these requirements are satisfied by practically all servers – even the most basic – that are offered on the market.
