Together with the launch of the new version 2.0, XTRF™ initiates another form of purchasing the system, i.e. the so-called ‘pay-per-use licence’. As in the case of the SaaS version, using XTRF™ will be based on a subscription payment, without the need to purchase the standard licence. Companies install XTRF™ on their own servers, and then only make quarterly payments for using a particular number of licences.

The latest, revolutionary version of the translation company management system - XTRF™ 2.0 – enters the market. The system comprises new technology and a new layout, as well as a completely new approach to the organisation of translation companies’ work.

XTRF™ became the sponsor of the jubilee cocktail party that is organised during the memoQfest conference on the occasion of the 5^th anniversary of establishing the Kilgray company. The conference will take place 5-7 May in Budapest.

Simultaneously with introducing the latest version of the system to the market, XTRF™ initiates a cycle of free webinars. During the meetings, apart from the general principles of functioning, selected areas of everyday usage of the system and its value for company development and management will be presented.

A few dozen representatives of translation companies and industry players from 15 countries participated in this year’s TMS Inspiration Days. The event was held 18-19 March in Krakow (Poland) in an atmosphere of inspiration and energy. 

A few dozen translation companies from across the world participated in the Translation Management System Users’ Experience research programme, organised by XTRF™. The companies tested for free the professional translation company management system at their locations for several months.

The beginning of 2010 saw the start of broad cooperation between RTG Group and XTRF™. RTG purchased and is now implementing XTRF™ Enterprise at its two offices, in Atyrau and Moscow.

LIDO-LANG Technical Translations and XTRF™ are already announcing that the year 2010 will be the year of dynamic development and extensive projects. Participants registration for TMS Inspiration Days, the first product conference, was launched a few days ago, results evaluation of the last year's TMS User Experience project is being in progress, while new employees are joining the Sales Departments.

TMS Inspiration Days is the first translation market conference where participants, in addition to information on the latest trends in technology and market development, will attain knowledge that will inspire them to explore and introduce new business solutions. The initiator and organiser of the meeting in Cracow is XTRF™ Translation Management Systems, which is mainly known in the market for its unique customer approach as well as its continuous and exceptionally rapid development. The conference will take place 18-19 March 2010.

At the end of the year 2009, XTRF™ Translation Management Systems launched a new website. The site now has a new layout and new graphics, but most importantly, it presents the product's possibilities and functions in greater detail. Its contents were developed so that users can quickly obtain the necessary information about the system’s application and implementation.
