Our Customer Success Department is a crucial component of XTRF’s business and is tasked with overseeing all customer retention activities. Working as a Junior Customer Success Manager you will respond to customer questions, concerns and issues, taking a proactive approach to minimizing the underlying causes and concerns through building strong relationship with the customer. What will you do?

Design an enterprise system for translation industry
Solve complex interaction design problems
Talk to clients to better understand their scenarios and needs

Prepare wireframes and mockups of the user interface

Development of web applications in a team environment aimed at supporting daily work in the translation industry
Caring for input functionality while ensuring stable and rapid operation
