Our Customer Success Department is a crucial component of XTRF’s business and is tasked with overseeing all customer retention activities. Working as a Customer Success Manager you will respond to customer questions, concerns and issues, taking a proactive approach to minimize the underlying causes and concerns through building strong relationships with the customer. Our approach is to settle cooperation and support in working together for the success of the customer and hence also of XTRF.

As a Customer Success Manager not only will you learn about account management itself, but you will also have the unique opportunity to work with clients from all over the world.

Working as a Customer Support Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for supporting end-users in our ticketing system as well as on support forum. The candidate is also expected to manage relationships with our clients and our internal teams.

Required Skills:

  • Organized and responsible with good time-management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal in English and Polish

  • Creation of test scenarios based on gathered requirements
  • Ensure software compatibility with business and technical requirements
  • Creation and maintenance of the repository of automated tests
  • Configuration and maintenance of test environments
  • Effectively test reporting
  • Cooperation with product and development teams

Required Skills:

 

  • 1 year minimum of related working experience
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience in web application testing
  • Experience with test automation frameworks
  • Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium or Fitnesse)
  • Knowledge of Java programming language
