In XTRF team we have 60 team members, including customer consultants, support specialists, IT developers, UX and graphic designers, testers, and more.
Who we are looking for?
An XTRF Administrative Assistant is someone who is in charge of company’s command center – responsible for running the office smoothly and efficiently. Administrative Assistant is someone who can communicate effectively . You will be interacting with members of XTRF board, clients, contractors and first of all colleagues from our Krakow office. Your main duty will be to make work in XTRF office nice and easy for all of us.
Have very good knowledge of written and spoken English
Are helpful, patient and self-organized
Like people and have what it takes to build great work atmosphere
Are not afraid of Excel, Office and office equipment
Have already worked in similar position, then…
Your duties and tasks will include:
Keeping supplies in stock
Negotiating prices with suppliers
Coordinating work of affiliated companies and internal departments
Supporting recruitment processes
Managing documents and correspondence
Making travel arrangements, bookings, planning, etc
Leading meetings calendar of the board
Welcoming guests and Company’s new joiners
Helping in organizing company events
