It was such a pleasure to meet you during the ALC conference in Washington last week. It was a very intense time, filled with meetings with our clients, partners, industry consultants and influencers, and with companies who do not work with us, yet ;-)
This podcast was really special! Our XTRF client, Gaëtan Chrétiennot, founder and CEO of Six Continents, a progressive translation agency based in France in an interview with Andrzej Nedoma, the CEO of XTRF Management System, shared the story of his translation company and his experience with XTRF.
It was a cold Friday morning when boarded the plane in Krakow for Malaysia two weeks ago. As I was landing, now Saturday, I saw vast fields of palm trees, which I love so much, and a colorful landscape filled with sunlight. A few hours later, I was swimming in a hotel pool overlooking the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur. It felt so good to be there because back in Central Europe they are still waiting for spring to come.
For the whole XTRF Team and for me personally, it was a pleasure to be in contact with you throughout the year. Many of you are working with us on a daily basis. Others we met at conferences or had a discussion by phone or chat. Some of you we only met virtually, through webinars or online presentations. Anyway, there were thousands of meetings that filled our days with work, enthusiasm, energy, and fun.
As we approach winter and Christmastime, it’s the perfect time for a summary of our yearly achievements. It was a very intensive, and at the same time, the best year ever for XTRF! We worked on a number of internal initiatives, developments and made overall progress in all the departments of our almost 70-people organization.
Following our decision to expand our North American team, announced two weeks ago, we have made another important step toward reinforcing our American presence. I have the pleasure to announce that extending our Customer Support working time will assist our clients located in the Americas during their working hours.
