When we started thinking about self-driven implementation back in 2017, we had a lot of ideas about what would work and what wouldn’t. We had based all these ideas on an image we had of potential customers, who (for their own different reasons) would prefer to go down the XTRF Academy path, instead of choosing the individual implementation option.

This podcast was really special! Our XTRF client, Gaëtan Chrétiennot, founder and CEO of Six Continents, a progressive translation agency based in France in an interview with Andrzej Nedoma, the CEO of XTRF Management System, shared the story of his translation company and his experience with XTRF.
We are happy to share with you a case study that we recently received from one of our clients. We believe this might serve as an inspiration for the wider public. Enjoy reading this and don’t hesitate to contact us with your own success stories or questions.
Jurek’s opinions spring from his wealth of experience that includes 50 years as a translator/editor, 25 years managing a translation agency, 20 years participating in ISO certification procedures and 10 years developing and using the XTRF TMS. The webinar shows the (r)evolutionary changes the localization industry has already undergone, what’s happening now, and what the future brings.

“A temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product or service”- this is the definition of project management according to “Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge”. To be on top of this year’s trends, this description should extend to include the phrase “by the flexible Project Manager”.
As we approach winter and Christmastime, it’s the perfect time for a summary of our yearly achievements. It was a very intensive, and at the same time, the best year ever for XTRF! We worked on a number of internal initiatives, developments and made overall progress in all the departments of our almost 70-people organization.
