When we started thinking about self-driven implementation back in 2017, we had a lot of ideas about what would work and what wouldn’t. We had based all these ideas on an image we had of potential customers, who (for their own different reasons) would prefer to go down the XTRF Academy path, instead of choosing the individual implementation option.
It was a cold Friday morning when boarded the plane in Krakow for Malaysia two weeks ago. As I was landing, now Saturday, I saw vast fields of palm trees, which I love so much, and a colorful landscape filled with sunlight. A few hours later, I was swimming in a hotel pool overlooking the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur. It felt so good to be there because back in Central Europe they are still waiting for spring to come.
As we approach winter and Christmastime, it’s the perfect time for a summary of our yearly achievements. It was a very intensive, and at the same time, the best year ever for XTRF! We worked on a number of internal initiatives, developments and made overall progress in all the departments of our almost 70-people organization.
Products and services. Content and form. Everything we perceive can elicit our reaction — emotional or behavioral. Depending on what we experience, we may like or dislike the source, desire or avoid it. People use software products or services to achieve a goal or complete a task — not only for the sake of using them. Hence, any product should help the user and assist him throughout. The reason why products exist is that they can simplify our life or work.
