Following our decision to expand our North American team, announced two weeks ago, we have made another crucial step toward reinforcing our American presence.
I am pleased to announce we extending our Customer Support working hours to assist our North American clients during their working hours.
From December 2018, XTRF Customer Service Specialists will be available for you until 5 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time).
It’s important to mention currently, our Customer Service Specialists solve two-thirds of all tickets received independently from XTRF administrators and experts. This means that we will be able to solve the majority of tickets received during those extended working hours.
We’re seeing a significant increase in the number of clients in North America who are choosing XTRF as their main Translation Management platform. Thus, we believe that this decision allows us to further improve our services and provide even higher value for those using the XTRF Management System.

Andrzej has been building his translation industry expertise since 1996 to later become Managing Director of a leading Central European translation company LIDO-LANG Technical Translations which was eventually sold to Sepro Group from Spain. Andrzej was awarded the Polish Entrepreneur of the Year in the category “Services”.
Apart from work, Andrzej is also an engaged triathlete, competing in IronMan triathlon races – this year on Half-IronMan distance and preparing for full-IronMan distance in near future.
